[Canonical page](https://portraitresearch.com/documentation/more/contact-us/)

## Applicability

- **Task:** Contact Portrait with enough context to route a request
- **Access:** Public
- **Audience:** Portrait users and admins
- **Surfaces:** web; ios; slack; teams; email; cli; mcp
- **Availability:** Production support
- **Content type:** support
- **Last reviewed:** 2026-10-08

Email [support@portraitresearch.com](mailto:support@portraitresearch.com) for product access, technical issues, or documentation feedback.

On web, the **Support assistant** can explain product behaviour using the guide and page or error context supplied by the app. It cannot change your account or research, verify worker logs, send email, or create a support ticket. A contact link opens your email client; send the message there to reach the team.

## Include

- the affected surface and page or integration;
- the approximate time and time zone;
- the action attempted;
- the expected and observed result;
- the exact visible error text;
- the organization and user email when needed to locate the account;
- a redacted screenshot when it materially clarifies the problem.

## Do not include

Do not send passwords, OAuth codes, session credentials, API secrets, signed URLs, or licensed/private document content. Describe the source category, company, and period instead.

For a missing option or source, complete [Troubleshoot access and missing options](https://portraitresearch.com/documentation/more/troubleshoot-access/) first and include the check that failed.
