Portrait can make Third Bridge expert-call content available to an eligible user whose firm has the applicable entitlement. Firm entitlement is necessary but does not establish access for every user or to every call.
Where it applies
In the web app, eligible users can open Third Bridge content in supported document and research views. In Easel — on web, iOS, Slack, Teams, email, or the CLI — the agent can use expert-call content that your account is allowed to read.
Slack, Teams, email using a linked Portrait account, and CLI require full Easel access on the connected Portrait account; CLI retrieval also requires the account-enabled Easel CLI bridge. What the response can quote, link, or display still depends on the firm's rights and where you use Portrait. Access through Easel does not mean that every interface exposes the full call document. Availability can also differ by account, company, and period.
Material boundaries
- A Portrait account does not by itself grant Third Bridge access.
- Access can be disabled for an individual user, and the current organization and permissions for the requested document still matter.
- Display, quotation, and redistribution remain constrained by the source rights available to the firm.
- Portrait MCP does not expose Third Bridge documents directly.
- A generated summary with source attribution is not the same as access to the full call document.
If content is missing
Confirm the company, period, workflow, and connected organization. Ask the firm's Portrait administrator or contact the team to check both the firm's entitlement and your individual enablement, then the permissions for the requested document. If an access check cannot be completed, the content can remain unavailable; do not infer from that failure that the call does not exist.
After access is confirmed, retry from the original document or research view and check the available source attribution. Include the document reference and error message in a support request, without copying licensed call content or credentials.
